Hate Crime 101 (HC)
The Hate Crime 101 is a two-hour training designed to participants to better understand how to define and respond to hate crimes and bias incidents. Participants will specifically learn the definition of a hate crime and how to use available resources, including hate crime laws, to respond effectively within the community. 
Details
As a result of this training, participants will:
  • Learn how to identify a hate crime
  • Understand how hate crimes are different from other crimes
  • Understand the importance of hate crime laws and how to use them
  • Understand how to use available resources to combat hate crime
